More than 300 staff members, community partners, and referring organizations gathered for an evening of dinner and celebration honoring this year’s Hamilton Award nominees and recognizing their contributions to behavioral health care.

This year’s theme, “Forward Thinking,” reflects Hamilton Center’s commitment to building on its legacy of compassionate, person-centered care while continuing to look toward the future. Since its founding in 1971, Hamilton Center has worked to expand access to behavioral health services and support individuals and families throughout the communities it serves.

Bailey dedicated countless hours to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families throughout Greene County.

She helps lead the Greene County Mobile Food Pantry, serving 250 to 300 individuals monthly, and connects residents with health screenings, family support, and essential resources. As a suicide loss survivor, she also leads the Greene County Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors team, supporting grieving families and advocating for stronger community responses to suicide and substance use.

Through numerous community initiatives, she builds partnerships, connects people with resources, and responds to needs with compassion and action. Her service reflects a deep commitment to ensuring others feel supported, valued, and never alone.
