Humphreys park will soon be a little bit emptier. The caboose, donated in the seventies by Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sullivan, is being dismantled and torn down. It does make me a little sad to see it go; it’s been there my entire life. The Greene County Landmarks project has some more information about the caboose. Go give it a read and while the caboose enters into it’s final place in history.
