Sarah Jean (Parkhurst) Savatteri, 82, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021. She was born in Spencer, Indiana on December 3, 1938 to Albert and Tulie (Branham) Parkhurst.
Sarah graduated from Cayuga High School class of 1956. She married David Waymire in 1956 and they had three children together. Later in life Sarah married Charles Savatteri and they resided in Florida. Sarah loved her family. She had a passion for traveling and all things that glittered and sparkled. She also enjoyed dancing, decorating and shopping.
Sarah is survived by her husband, Charles Savatteri; three children, Kevin (Candice) Waymire, Alison Ruggles and Alicia Waymire; seven grandchildren, Tyler Waymire, Trevor Waymire, Nicole (Troy) Reynolds, Brianna (Thomas) Farry, Brendan Ruggles, Olivia Laramie and Liam Laramie; one great granddaughter, Avery Rose Reynolds; one sister, Betsy (Larry) McKee; four step children and six step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer.
