Dorothy “Dottie” L. Robertson, 88, of Spencer, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. She was born in Spencer, Indiana on November 7, 1932 to Lewis “Pud” and Delphia (Shields) Neisinger.
Dottie graduated from Spencer High School class of 1950. She married Estil Robertson on February 8, 1952. Dottie worked various jobs in Monroe and Owen County throughout her lifetime.
Dottie is survived by her two children, Kathy Perry (Roger) of Spencer and Gary Robertson of Gosport; one sister, Linda Stogsdill of Spencer; two grandchildren, Laura Minnick (Levi) and Lacey Hooie (Nicholas); and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Estil “Copper” Robertson, and five siblings Barbara Clawson, Richard Neisinger, Joan Griffin, Peggy Chastain and Billy Neisinger.
There will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
