Randall “Randy” L Heaton I, age 58, of Freedom, passed away at 10:15 am on Sunday, December 20, 2020, at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. He was born in Bloomington, IN on February 16, 1962, the son of Leroy & Marilyn (Hayes) Heaton.
He worked as an auto mechanic for most of his life. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, collecting guns, racing, showing cars and spending time with his family.
Randy is survived by his son, Randall L. (Shannon) Heaton, II of Zionsville; granddaughter, Kelsey E. Heaton of Zionsville; brother, Rick Heaton and sisters, Rose Heaton and Vickie Richards.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lola Heaton and brother, Mike Heaton.
A private graveside service will be observed by the family on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
Visitation will be held at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 4:00-8:00 pm.
Due to State regulation, all visitors must wear a mask and maintain social distancing, and only 50 people will be allowed in attendance at one time.
