Greene County Health — a wholly owned subsidiary of Greene County General Hospital — broke ground for a walk-in/occupational health clinic at the WestGate at Crane Technology Park.
“Greene County Health strives to serve the healthcare needs of persons in our service area. WestGate is expanding, and the opportunity exists to provide medical services not only to those who work at WestGate, but also to those employees at Crane,” said John Rowe, president of the Greene County General Hospital, LLC Board of Trustees — the body that governs Greene County Health. “A facility at WestGate furthers the fulfillment of our mission. We look forward to working with the persons and businesses to provide quality and cost-effective healthcare.”
Garmong Construction Services of Terre Haute will build both facilities. Work will start in February with an anticipated completion date of mid to late Summer 2013.
“We’re looking forward to the opportunity to provide healthcare services to the WestGate area,” said Randy Padgett, who serves as Director of Operations for Greene County General Hospital, LLC, who oversees the Greene County Health clinics.
