The other night I caught a great documentary about plants on netflix. Haha, I know what your thinking oh boy I bet that was fun.
Well it was, so much I wanted to share it with you. It is called, The Botany of Desire based on a book by Michael Pollan. It covers four plants and their history; apples, tulips, cannabis and potatoes. Its not just about the plants themselves its more about how they have shaped our culture and the plants life in our world. Touches on some major topics such as monoculture, biodiversity, and genetic engineering. Some important and interesting topics we should be addressing more of.
