Ruth Neill, 75, of Bloomington, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at her residence.
Born February 24, 1945 in Linton, she was the daughter of Willis and Marcia LaVonne (Collings) Gallian.
Surviving relatives include: one daughter, Anita Thompson (Mike) of Spencer; a grandson, James R. Mosier of Michigan and a good friend, Donovan Smith of Bloomington.
She was preceded in death by a son, Allen Neill, one brother, Dale Gallian and her parents.
There will be no public visitation or services. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
