Ricky Lee Chastain 64, of Worthington, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at his residence.
Born November 19, 1957 in Lebanon, Indiana, he was the son of James Francis and Norma Jean (Robertson) Chastain.
He was a Truck Diver and also worked for the Owen County Highway Department.
Surviving relatives include: his daughter, Tracy Hudson (Paul); Ginny May; his siblings, Pete, Dale, Debbie and Oliver; six step children and Fifteen step grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Peggy Ann Chastain in 1989, one brother, James and his parents.
Public visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Grandview cemetery in Bloomfield.
