Patricia Ann ‘Pat’ Clifford, 68, Odon, IN, formerly of Sandborn, passed from this life to Heaven, on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. She was born in Odon on January 13, 1954, to Foster C. and Emma Jane (McIntosh) Arford. On September 16, 1978, Patricia (Arford) became the wife of Kenneth Clifford.
Pat was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker and farmer. She was a member of the Sandborn United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir, and truly blessed others with her kindness. Pat enjoyed cooking for her family and spending quality time with them. She especially cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Family left to cherish Pat’s memory include: her husband of 44 years, Kenny Clifford; a son, Thomas (Brittany) Chestnut of Sandborn; two stepsons, Owen Clifford of Sandborn and Kevin (Shana) Clifford of Odon; a stepdaughter, Chris (Patrick) Stewart of Brooksville, FL; 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Rosemary (Paul) Venter of Amelia Island, FL.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Nancy Sue Arford.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 13, 2023, at the Meng Family Funeral Home / Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Grandson, Zach Clifford officiating. Pat will be laid to rest in the Stafford Cemetery in Sandborn, IN.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
