Maegan Elizabeth Hayes, 31, of Bloomfield, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at her residence.
Born September 5, 1990 in West Palm Beach, Florida, she was the daughter of Kevin and Catherine (Minks) Blackford.
Maegan was a homemaker, a loving wife and mother. She was a generous devoted friend to all.
Surviving relatives include: her husband, Ryder Hayes whom she married, September 18, 2020; two children, Markis Anthony Blackford-Turley and Dean Michael Blackford; her parents, Kevin & Catherine Blackford; her sisters, Kristina Blackford (James Hawkins) and Emily Blackford (Chuck Rodgers); maternal grandfather, Roger Minks; step grandmother, Linda Mauder; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Pauline Blackford; her mother-in-law, Heather Hayes; father-in-law James Hayes; sister-in-law, Charlee Hazelbaker; brother-in-law, Jesse Burton; nieces and nephew, Valarie Ratzburg, Madisyn Moats, Wyatt Hawkins and Kadelyn Blackford; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Bloomfield First Christian Church, with Rev. Scott Chastain officiating.
Public visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Bloomfield First Christian Church. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the children of Maegan Hayes.
