Judy Ann Arthur, 73, of Worthington, formerly of Elnora, Indiana, passed away on January 15, 2021 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was born on June 21, 1947 in Linton, Indiana to Charles and Evelyn (Foster) Pickard. Judy married her beloved husband, John F. Arthur, Sr. on January 8, 1972.
Judy and her family have been going through a very sad and difficult time for the last six months since the loss of her son, Tony Dale Neidigh. He was a dad, papa and Union Operator and has been missed tremendously. Judy and Tony are reunited once again.
Judy worked at RCA for 30 years before retiring in 1996. She was a member of Worthington Christian Church, the VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Ladies’ Auxiliary in Worthington. Judy enjoyed visiting with family and friends. She had the gift of gab, but most of all, she loved a good laugh.
Family left to cherish the memory of Judy include: son, John F. Arthur, Jr. and wife, Kelly, of Georgetown, IL; daughter, Kimberly Morton of Brownwood, TX; grandchildren, Alyssa Robertson and husband, Derrick, Heather Chairez and husband Josh, Dylan Starnes, Justice Arthur and Jaycee Arthur; great-grandchildren, Raleigh, Luca and Braylon; sister, Rita Burcham and husband, Doug of Bloomington, IN; many nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by: both of her parents; husband, John; her son, Tony and her baby brother, Rickey Pickard.
Per her wishes, Judy was able to give the gift of sight by being an organ donor.
Private family funeral services will be held due to Covid 19 restrictions. Judy will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Elnora.
