Judith A. Woods, 85, of Dugger, IN passed away Monday October 9, 2023 at The waters
in Sullivan, IN.
She was born in Farmersburg, IN April 24, 1938 the daughter of Robert D. Sherman and Pandora E.( Brown) Sherman.
Judy was a member of the Shiloh Church of Christ in Sullivan, IN, and worked in the cafeteria at Union High School for 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, also a daughter, Lisa Stinson, brother Bobby Sherman, and a sister, Wilma Taylor.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years whom she married on December 22, 1967 Paul Woods, a son Terry Smith (Mendy) of Dugger, IN , a daughter, Tuesday McCammon (Ken) of Dugger, IN, two step sons, Brad Woods and Brian Woods of Linton, IN six grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy (Shauna), Justin, Jamie Lee (Dirk), Brandi (Dustin), and Branden (Kaitlen Allen), five great grandchildren, Peyton, Lucas, Braylon, Addison, and Tylon.
Funeral services will be at 1:00PM Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Newkirk’s Funeral Home with Bro. Buford Smith officiating. Burial in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00AM until services Thursday.
