Jimmie Charles Brock, Sr., 80, of Poland passed away at home on Friday, April 30, 2021 with family by his side. He was born in Pineville, Kentucky on May 17, 1940 to Charlie “Chas” and Cledith (Johnson) Brock.
Jimmie married Norma Theriac on October 24, 1984 in Kentucky. He retired as a electrical technician from General Motors in Indianapolis and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Indianapolis. He enjoyed gardening and working in his orchard. Jimmie was a beekeeper, loved being outdoors and spending time with his family.
Jimmie is survived by his six children, Jimmie “Sac” Brock (Tiffany), Carole LuAnn Heines, Charles James Brock (Cary), Michael Miller, Cledith Leona Brock and Aaron Shane Brock; three sisters, Carol, Norma Jean and Margaret; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents, wife Norma Brock, two infant daughters Cassie and Danielle Brock; one brother Ted, two sisters Mona and Barbara.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 14, 2021 at New Union Carolina Church Cemetery in Atkinsonville with Pastor Allan Lewis officiating.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer with Masonic Rites presented at 1:00 PM.
