Jerry Anderson, 84, of Springville, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Mitchell Manor.
Born July 14, 1936 in Bedford, he was the son of Chester Earl and Lillian Madeline (Staggs) Anderson.
Jerry was a machinist for Otis Elevator and attended Grace Baptist Church in Springville.
Surviving relatives include: three brothers, Larry Anderson (Darnell) of Bedford, Darrell Wayne Anderson (Pam) of Springville and Farrell Blayne Anderson (Judy) of Springville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Louise Anderson on February 25, 2015 and his parents.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Robert Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Newark Cemetery in rural Solsberry.
Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and 1 hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home. Due to Covid-19 protocol, a maximum of 25 people are allowed in the building at a time during visitation and Funeral services. Masks/face coverings will be required.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Grace Baptist Church.
