Geneva Raber

Geneva Rose (Wittmer) Raber, 85, of Montgomery, Indiana, passed away at 5:50 PM on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at her home. She was born on February 25, 1936 in Montgomery to John and Fannie (Yoder) Wittmer. Geneva married Herbert Raber on April 7, 1955. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Geneva is survived by: her husband, Herbert Raber; children, Glenda Raber, Jacob (Anna) Raber, Esther (Leroy) Stoll, Titus (Miriam) Raber, Abraham (Fannie) Raber, Fannie Mae (Daniel) Graber, Barbara Ann (Delmar) Kemp, Inez (Samuel) Hershburger, Harvey (Pauline) Raber, Lavern Ray (Barbara) Raber, Rosemary Raber, Martin Joe (Marlene) Raber and Herbert Jason (Teresa) Raber; 86 grandchildren, 132 great-grandchildren and one sister, Sarah Ann Wittmer.

Geneva was preceded in death by her parents and 4 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be Thursday, December 2, 2021 and Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Parson Event Center, 4139 N 700 E, Montgomery. Funeral service will be at 9:00 AM on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Parson Event Center with Home Ministers officiating.

Geneva will be laid to rest in Southwest Cemetery in Montgomery.

Arrangements and care have been entrusted to Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon.
