The Indiana State Police – Bloomington District has issued the following request for drivers to not be out on certain roadways in Greene County:
“ATTENTION HOOSIERS IN GREENE COUNTY – The Indiana State Police requests that Greene County residents in the Linton, Worthington, and Switz City areas please remain indoors and stay off roadways. EMS, law enforcement, road, and utility crews are responding to those areas that have been struck by the severe storm and tornado. Personnel are working diligently to clear roadways. US231/SR57 between SR54 and SR67 is closed and impassable.”
