Another charge of possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor, is also alleged. Homes is being held no bond amount listed.
Skyler William McCallum, age 23, of Linton was arrested on a single count of interference with custody, a class B misdemeanor. Bond was set at $500 with 10% allowed. Bond was paid.
Jyle Ezekial Lee Hensley, age 19, of Owensburg was sentenced for false informing, a class B misdemeanor. He will serve 180 days with 174 suspended. Hensley now faces charges in Monroe and Lawrence counties where both show pending cases.
Shawn M Hargis, age 51, of Farmersburg was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor. The bond mount was set at $4,000 with 10% allowed. Bond was paid.
Gerald Llyod Lund, age 68, of Worthington was booked on a warrant for robbery. No bond amount was available.

Richard James Wilkins, Jr., age 41, of Linton was sentenced for domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor. Judge Martin gave him a one-year sentence with 359 days suspended.
Ariel Elizabeth Watson, age 32, of Solsberry was arrested for three level 6 felonies, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, and possession of a legend drug or precursor. Other charges included possession of a schedule II, III, or IV substance, a class a misdemeanor, possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a class c misdemeanor. Bond was set at $10,000 with 10% allowed.
Meagan Michaelle Gentry, age 39, of Lyons was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. No bond was set.
Samirkumar Shaileshkumar Patel, age 28, of Bloomington was sentenced for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 180 days with 174 suspended and 2 days of jail credit given. Patel was represented by the Law Office of Rowdy G. Williams.
Christina Marie Terneus, age 34, of Bloomfield was arrested for invasion of privacy, a class A misdemeanor. No bond.
