Linda S. Ault, 81, of Newberry, Indiana, went to Heaven, on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. Linda was born on October 12, 1942, in Washington, Indiana to Warren and Esther (Arford) Williams. She married her high school sweetheart, Gary Ault on October 13, 1960.
Linda was a member of Pleasant Hill Church and the Newberry Methodist Women’s Club. She was a former member of the Greene County Farm Bureau Board. Over the years Linda was a homemaker, working beside her husband raising hogs and turkeys. She also sold insurance and owned a home decorating business, The Decorating Den.
Family left to cherish the memories of Linda include: her husband, Gary Ault; daughters, Pamela (John) Flinn and Karen (Rob) Dove; son, David (Kathy) Ault; grandchildren, Josh Dove, Jenny (James) Farley, Cody (Lexi) Ault, Cara Ault, Kohen Ault, Courtney Flinn, Cameron Flinn, Chad Rendant and Kara Rendant; great-grandson, Jagger Farley and sister, Jane Crew.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, infant twin brothers and infant sister.
A private family graveside service to honor the life of Linda was held at Elnora Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Brenden Dyer officiating.
