| This week, the 2025 legislative session came to an end following the approval of the state’s next two-year budget. The budget is balanced, makes government more efficient and protects Hoosier taxpayers while supporting K-12 education, public safety and essential services. Over the coming weeks, I will be providing more information on initiatives resulting from this year’s session. Though the legislative session is over, work will continue in the months ahead as I meet with constituents and fellow lawmakers to prepare for the 2026 legislative session.
