Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or rotini work well)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Step 1: Cook the beef and onions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
Step 2: Mix the sauce
In a large bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Combine ingredients
Add the cooked beef mixture and pasta to the bowl. Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Step 4: Assemble and bake
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Step 5: Bake and serve
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Garnish with parsley if desired.
