Authorities in Sullivan County reported several arrests over the span of three days this past weekend, ranging from public intoxication to drug possession to forgery. The following individuals were booked into the Sullivan County Jail:
- Robert Allen Barr, 23, of Sullivan – Arrested April 10th for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. No bond was issued.
- Kimberly Dawn Davis, 52, of Shelburn – Arrested April 10th for possession of methamphetamine (under 5 grams) and paraphernalia. Total bond: $12,000 cash.
- Angela Michelle Hobbs, 43, of Sullivan – Arrested April 10th for disorderly conduct. Released the next evening on a $4,000 bond.
- Ellenmae Elanor Magee, 41, of Meadville, PA – Arrested April 10th on a warrant. No bond was listed.
- Steven Isaac House, 61, of Linton – Arrested April 11th on a body attachment. He was released shortly afterward on a $300 cash bond.
- Darian Nicole Howard, 29, of Shelburn – Arrested April 11th on multiple charges including two counts of forgery, possession of meth near restricted areas, legend drug violations, criminal trespass, syringe possession, and paraphernalia (with prior conviction). Bonds exceeded $53,000.
- Chryshawnna Alice Webb, 47, of Farmersburg – Arrested April 11th on a warrant for intimidation tied to a person’s occupation or employment. Bond: $8,000.
- Kassandra Ann Flick, 30, of Bloomfield – Arrested April 12th for possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, and possessing a legend drug. Bond information was unavailable.
- Cierra Caprial Caleigh Manuel, 29, of Sullivan – Arrested April 12th on multiple charges, including operating a vehicle while intoxicated (endangerment and controlled substance in body), resisting law enforcement, assisting a criminal, and drug possession. Bond information was unavailable.
