From the Indiana State Police:
In Sullivan County, an additional arrest has been made in the Lowell R. Badger homicide investigation. The homicide occurred sometime between Friday, December 7th, and the morning of December 8th, 2012.
A warrant was issued by Sullivan Superior Court, the Honorable Judge Hugh Hunt, on April 4, 2025 for Arthur Lee Grimes, age 35, for murder. The Indiana Department of Corrections served the warrant to Grimes today who is currently incarcerated at the Reception Diagnostic Center Correctional Facility.
