My congratulations go out to the South Knox High School Lady Spartans basketball team for winning the IHSAA 2025 2A State Championship in Indianapolis, the school’s first ever state title in varsity sports.
The Lady Spartans finished the season 28-2, and the state championship is a testament to the hard work and dedication from the young ladies on the team and their coaches.
The team made their school and entire community proud, and I am excited to see what the future has in store for these student athletes.
Once again, congratulations to these deserving young ladies, their coaches and the entire community for this victory.
