Cathy Jo Utterback, age 62, of Patricksburg, passed away peacefully at 4:20 P.M. on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at her residence. She was born in Bloomington on February 3, 1958, the daughter of Jack & Lois (Pruett) Crichfield.
Cathy married her husband Richard “Rick” Utterback on Feb. 9, 1976. She loved and enjoyed spending time with her family. They enjoyed traveling to Brown County every September, enjoying the area.
Throughout her life she was a homemaker and worked for ten years making desserts at Chambers.
She is survived by her husband, three children, Nathan Scott (Korey) Utterback of Clay City, Josh Allen (Jessica) Utterback of Spencer, and Stephanie Michele (Joshua) Johnson of Bedford, a brother, Jerry (Jyme) Crichfield of Stinesville, two sisters, Connie Edwards of Greenwood and Tina (Ronnie) Phelps of Spencer, a grandson, Bradley, granddaughters, Toria, Olivia, Avery, Addison, Alexis, and Savannah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Jack, Ronnie, and Danny.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Spencer Assembly of God with Pastor Josh Utterback officiating.
