Indiana K-12 schools to remain closed for rest of the academic year

In a recent press conference, Superintendent of Public Instruction Jennifer McCormick announced that all public K-12 schools will remain closed through the end of current school year in an effort to stop or slow the spread of COVID-19.

A new executive order signed by Governor Eric Holcomb will require all K-12 schools in Indiana to provide instruction via remote learning for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

We are awaiting an official release from the Indiana Department of Education to provide more details.
