Cine Senior Apartments will be hosting an open house and leasing event on Saturday, November 15th from 11am to 1pm. The nearly-completed complex is located at 155 North Main Street in Linton. Staff members will be on hand to provide guided tours as well as assist potential tenants with lease applications.
Development of the 41-unit complex that now occupies the former Cine Theater building was made possible by $6.5 million in tax credit financing from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and is overseen by developers Jeff and Vickie Doris of Linton Redevelopment GP, Inc. The building will maintain the historic charm of Linton’s Main Street while providing up-to-date amenities for its residents.
Cine Senior Apartments feature three energy-efficient offerings including Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom options and 27 different floorplans. All units are non-smoking and handicap accessible. The facility is designated for low and moderate income tenants where at least one member of the household is age 55 years or older.
