Now and Then

My fellow blogger Derrick T. suggested this idea to me. He had seen it done before across the web. Layering fragments of old photos into modern photos. The effect is pretty ghostly; giving viewers a modern perspective of the past. Sadly some of these old buildings are in dire need of some TLC but  perhaps in the near future they will get the love they deserve. Look for more photos to come.

  1. I am surprised with the graffiti on the Purity Bakery photograph. Graffiti in the horse and buggy days. Who’d have thought.
