Meet up and coming local artist and 2008 graduate of Linton High School Itasha Phelps. She is currently a senior at the Indianapolis Art Institute working on her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design; recently she returned from a three month study abroad in Milan, Italy. Continue reading
